Sunny's Diner is at the premier location of the intersection of East University Drive and McClintock Drive in the city of Tempe, AZ.  It is located within minutes from Arizona State University and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and is central to the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa AZ.
